Ibayo by Barrio Fiesta, a bistro-style restaurant located at San Miguel by the Bay at the SM Mall of Asia compound, pays tribute to the rich food heritage that Barrio Fiesta has been known for since it first opened in 1953. Helmed by third-generation family members, brothers Tyrone and Tristan Ongpauco, the menu is a nod to Filipino food classics plus new signature dishes and cocktails.

Ibayo, which means "the next town," offers familiar Barrio Fiesta classics such as the Crispy Pata (P425 for the regular size and P525 for the large size), deep fried pork knuckles cooked Barrio Fiesta-style and the Sinalab Special (P640, serves 4 to 5 people), a selection of fresh seafood and assorted meat served in a kawayan tray.
The Ongpauco brothers also included reinvented Pinoy dishes such as the Ibayo White Adobo (P280), a tasty mix of pork and chicken in a creamy sauce cooked without the familiar soy sauce in the stew; and the Ibayo Crispy Catfish (P230 for 330 grams), served with green mango salad and Barrio Fiesta’s signature bagoong.
Ibayo transforms from a relaxed dining space to a late-night bistro after dinner. Masterful mixes which include the Ibayo Sunset, Aurora, Skywalker, and Mango Bongo are served and may be paired with their bar chow menu.
