Kamayan, Saisaki and Dads recently added a total of 50 new dishes to their buffet spread, giving more value to their popular Ultimate Buffet.
"People who go to us really love to eat," shared Anna Narvasa, Executive Vice-President of Firstfoods Food Services Inc. (formerly Triple-V). "Aside from the popular dishes we have such as lechon, kare-kare, liempo, ham, turkey and roast beef, the fifty new dishes were taste-tested and personally approved by [owner] Mr. Vic-Vic Villaviciencio."
New dishes include Souvlaki Kebab Seafood (skewered barbecued seafood and vegetables basted with olive oil, oregano and tomato paste), Asian Buffalo Wings (baked and buttered chicken wings spiced with beer and Asian spices), Roast Honey Cured Chicken (baked honey cured chicken seasoned with garlic and rosemary), and DADS Spareribs BBQ (broiled marinated pork spareribs basted with DADS' BBQ sauce).
Those who love Japanese eats can try the Buta Vegetable Furai (breaded pork loin stuffed with vegetables and cheese), Ika Nori Rainbow (breaded squid stuffed with plantain banana, cheese and egg omelet, rolled in dried seaweed) and Seafood Bacon Maki (broiled seafood rolled in bacon).
If you’re looking for flavorful new picks from Kamayan, go for the Sinigang na Corned Beef (homemade chunky corned beef and vegetables in sour broth), Binukadkad na Pla-plang Dilaw (deep-fried pla-pla fillet in turmeric sauce), Barbecued Laing (pork meat, flaked shrimp and fish, shrimp paste and chili wrapped in yam leaves, simmered in coconut milk and broiled over charcoal) and Bagnet Salad (crispy liempo, diced onions and fresh tomato tossed in lemon dressing).
