A telltale sign of the holiday season in Manila: Starbucks’ red coffee cups and the race to get the Starbucks 2011 planner.
Starbucks Coffee Philippines announced its Holiday 2011 offerings, which include Christmas food items, beverages and the 2011 Starbucks planner via a Cheer Party held at the Starbucks 6750 branch on November 3.
The 2011 Starbucks planners come in 3 covers representing elements found in Starbucks stores: Maroon Velvet Fabric, Cool Clean Stainless Steel and Stained Dark Wood Panels
The 2011 Planner features 14 Starbucks stores, giving customers a feel of Starbucks as their "third place"--a spot they go to frequently next to their homes and workplace. The planners are available in three designs with each cover representing elements found in Starbucks stores: Maroon Velvet Fabric, Cool Clean Stainless Steel and Stained Dark Wood Panels.
Starting November 3, caffeine junkies will be given one sticker for each Starbucks beverage purchased. A total of 17 stickers need to be completed: 9 stickers for Christmas beverages and 8 stickers for your favorite handcrafted drinks. Purchase of the Starbucks VIA Ready Brew 3-pack booklet can also earn customers 1 sticker while the Starbucks VIA Ready Brew box of 12 will earn customers 3 stickers. Every single purchase of Starbucks merchandise worth P5,000 will also automatically earn Starbucks fans a copy of the planner.
As in previous years, every redemption of a Limited Edition Starbucks 2011 Planner comes with a donation to SparkHope--Starbucks’ flagship program for early childhood care and development in partnership with UNICEF.
Stickers may be obtained until January 5, 2011 and redemption of planners is until March 6, 2011.
