79% of Pinoys trust P-Noy, says Pulse Asia survey; FVR unsatisfied with P-Noy’s first 100 days
The latest Pulse Asia survey showed 79 percent of Filipinos trust President Noynoy Aquino, reports ABS-CBNNews.com. The President had a three percent disapproval rating in the survey conducted from October 20 to 29.
Presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda said, "(Aquino) had 43 percent of the votes in the elections. Compared to that, the current (almost) 80 percent rating is high. We believe that it is an indication of the people’s trust in the President."
Meanwhile, ABS-CBNNews.com reports that former President Fidel V. Ramos is not satisfied with Aquino’s first 100 days because of the lack of a "(government strategic) road map." He said, "Let’s give him another 100 days... I'm sure they (the administration) think they are on the right track, but we expect a plan (to see) where we are going in the next six years."
