(SPOT.ph) Actress Iza Calzado will replace Regine Velasquez in the GMA-7 romantic-comedy series I ♥ You Pare because of Velasquez’s’ "severe migraine attacks" that might have been triggered by the show’s long hours, reports PEP.ph.

GMA-7 said in a statement that Velasquez’ doctor advised her to rest but the network did not mention whether her ailment is related to her rumored pregnancy. Calzado takes over Velasquez’ starring role as Tonette or Tonya starting April 11.
