(SPOT.ph) Working on your lunch hour isn’t always a toss-up between a good meal or greasy take-out sandwiches served at your office pantry. Chateau 1771’s answer to a working lunch comes in the form of delectable dishes from their new business lunch menu. Available from Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the menu highlights Chef Vicky Rose Pacheco’s sumptuous picks for the power lunching-crowd. Choose from the selection of appetizers and main entrees, including the Garlic Mushroom Gratin, Shrimp-Mango Salsa Cocktail, Spinach-Parmesan Ravioli, Fillet of Beef with Balsamic Onions and Chicken Romanesque.
The dishes are served in unfussy, moderately-sized portions-you can finish off a plate without having to worry about toting left-overs. If you still have time to sate sugar cravings, Chateau 1771’s Nutina Crepe, Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding or Sugar-free Carrot Cake will do the trick.
The Chateau 1771 Business Lunch menu is available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. A two-course meal is priced at P750+ while a three-course meal is priced at P880+. Chateau 1771 also has two function rooms that can fit 10 people.
