Shalani Soledad reportedly dating Congressman Roman Romulo
After her much-publicized break-up from President Noynoy Aquino, it seems that Valenzuela City councilor-TV host Shalani Soledad has moved on to a younger man. That is, younger than her ex, the president.

The PEP article briefly discussed Romulo’s pedigree: "He is the son of former Department of Foreign Affairs chief Alberto Romulo, and brother of Guadalupe Romulo, Mons Romulo-Tantoco, Bernadette Romulo, and Erwin Romulo, the editor-in-chief of [the] soon-to-launch [Philippine edition of] Esquire."
According to the PEP article Soledad and Romulo were spotted in Baclaran Church, at midnight on September 2. When asked about his "relationship" to Soledad, Romulo had allegedly told his friends, "Umuusbong pa lang." Sources say Soledad already met Romulo’s family at a dinner recently.
Journal Online also reveals: "[Romulo] did not confirm nor deny the information [about his connection to Soledad] but added that he is hoping that their ’constant togetherness’ would end up to ’something beautiful and for keeps.’"
The Journal Online article revealed that Romulo and Soledad first met in June this year. They both belong to the same political party: KAMPI.
