Interaksyon.com reports that President Benigno Aquino III-who was hit by critics for not being "visible enough" in the post-"Pedring" and post-"Quiel" rescue operations-said "when a president is visibly giving orders at the height of typhoons, it only means the government has not prepared enough."

Interaksyon.com reports that President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III-who was hit by critics for not being "visible enough" in the post-"Pedring" and post-"Quiel" rescue operations-said "when a president is visibly giving orders at the height of typhoons, it only means the government has not prepared enough."

Aquino pointed out that when he went to evacuation centers in Malabon and Marikina during the height of typhoon "Falcon" in June, he was criticized for allegedly "trying to earn brownie points through photo opportunities with the storm victims."

He then said, "And when they did not see me, they (critics) asked where I am. So mahirap po talagang maging manananggal na kalahati ng katawan ko nandiyan, kalahati hindi para matuwa ’yung nasa industriya na nagki-criticize sa akin."
