P-Noy asks Mindanao residents to be patient in the face of "rotating brownouts" that last up to 15 hours daily

The report quoted Aquino, who said, "I did not promise that in two days we will already have solved the problem. It is not like we are changing light bulbs here."

 

According to InterAksyon.com, Aquino explained that "the rehabilitation of the old transformer of Agus VI hydropower plant would take some time." He also added that "it would take two years to build two coal-fired power plants with a combined capacity of 300 megawatts."
