X-rated curse phrase listed as Pinoy slang for "Excuse me" in Urban Dictionary website

Urban Dictionary, a website featuring user-generated entries about street language or slang, lists the X-rated curse phase, "Tangina" as the "Filipino slang for ’Excuse me.’"

(SPOT.ph) Yes, we know this isn’t really news, but it’s Friday night so we figured we’d spread the laughs.

Urban Dictionary, a website featuring user-generated entries about street language or slang, lists the X-rated curse phase, "Tangina" as the "Filipino slang for ’Excuse me.’" The entry also claims: "It’s (sic) use is most appropriate during meals." There are even examples for the phrase’s usage, which are utterly disturbing (or inappropriately hilarious if you’re being blasé about it).

It’s most likely that some prankster/pranksters thought submitting this entry to Urban Dictionary would be amusing. This factoid was brought up in the When In Manila Facebook page way back in February. The entry, which was originally uploaded in 2007, is still on the site now. Take note that nearly 1,598 people have given the entry a "thumbs up," pushing it to the first place.

For now we know only one thing: The person/persons who uploaded it most probably does/do not know the difference between "it’s" and "its.
