ABS-CBNNews.com reports that at around 4 a.m. on Tuesday, September 4, a three-day-old baby boy named Sean Gabriel de los Santos was taken from his mother’s hospital room by an unidentified  woman who was wearing a doctor’s gown. This happened at the Santa Teresita General Hospital in Quezon City.

The report quoted the baby’s mother, Ces de los Angeles, who revealed: "Mga 4 a.m. nakuha niya ang baby ko. Tapos bumaba 'yung magpapaligo ng 4:30, sabi ko kinuha ng pedia. Tapos nu'ng sinabi sa akin na wala kaming ipinadalang pedia. Hayun na. Nasaan ang baby ko (She took my baby from the room at around 4 a.m. But the nurse went to the room at 4:30 a.m. to give the baby a bath. I told her the pediatrician took him. Then, she said they didn’t send any pediatrician to my room. That was what happened. Where is my baby)?"

The report noted that a representative of  the hospital said "they are conducting their own investigation" and "have sacked their security agency." The report added that the suspect "is between 35 to 40 years old, with short and straight hair, and about 5’5" tall. She reportedly boarded a taxi for her escape. The investigation is still ongoing.
