Fire breaks out at Sen. Bong Revilla’s Senate office, no one hurt

Maila Ager of Inquirer.net reports that at around 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 3 "fire broke out at the office of Senator Ramon ’Bong; Revilla Jr. at the Senate." The fire is now under control.

The report cited information from Elvie Liwanag from the office of Senator Ralph Recto, who revealed that smoke was seen coming out of Revilla's offic (Room 506) and "Senate security immediately responded to the scene and forcibly opened Revilla's office."

 

The report did not reveal what caused the fire.
