Former First Gentleman Mike Arroyo allowed to go to Japan and Hong Kong by Sandiganbayan

Perfecto Raymundo of the Philippine News Agency (via InterAksyon.com) reports that according to a resolution made available to the public on Thursday, January 24, the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division granted former First Gentleman Jose Miguel "Mike" Arroyo’s request to travel to Japan and Hong Kong from February 3 to 10, 2013.

Perfecto Raymundo of the Philippine News Agency  (via InterAksyon.com) reports that according to a resolution made available to the public on Thursday, January 24, the Sandiganbayan Fourth Division granted former First Gentleman Jose Miguel "Mike" Arroyo’s request to travel to Japan and Hong Kong from February 3 to 10, 2013.

 

The report noted: "The Sandiganbayan said Arroyo has not withdrawn the ₱90,000 travel bond which he posted during an earlier trip, thus, he can use it as a travel bond for his February  3 to 10, 2013 trip. Arroyo was invited to Tokyo, Japan from Feb. 3 to 7, 2013 by the Association of Overseas Filipino Communities in Edogawa-Ku in Japan. From Tokyo, Arroyo will fly to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region where he will preside over LTA Inc.’s yearly corporate planning session."
