ABS-CBNNews.com reports that on Monday, February 18, "a couple forgot to take their son with them when they parted ways after a fight at a footbridge in Guadalupe, Makati."
Â
The report noted: "Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcer Albert Bautista took the boy, 3-year-old Mark Balino. Bautista said he saw the couple fighting and parting ways afterwards. The mother, Riza Balino, thinking that her husband would take their son, immediately left and boarded a bus. The husband, however, walked away without taking the boy."
Â
The report revealed that "Riza found her son at the MMDA headquarters later in the day." The husband was not named in the report.
