ABS-CBNNews.com reports that "Chef Rolando Laudico has given his Makati restaurant BFAST a major facelift and rebranded it Chef Lau’s Pugon Roasters, which offers food for less than P100 per order." Laudico is known to the public as one of the judges in the reality cooking show MasterChef:  Pinoy Edition.

The announcement of the rebranding was made on Wednesday, April 3, via Laudico’s Facebook page. He wrote: "We are now open! BFAST is now Chef Lau’s Pugon Roasters! Like our new page and check out our affordably priced menu. See you there!" Indeed, Chef Lau’s Pugon Roasters just took over the spot of BFAST at the Ayala Triangle Walkway.

The report noted: "As its name suggests, Chef Lau’s Pugon Roasters' menu is highlighted by roast items at affordable prices, such as pork liempo roast for only P149. There is also baked bangus belly for P129 and Angus roast beef served with gravy for P169. There is also a separate section for chicken specialties like pugon chicken for only P99, sizzling chicken sisig for P89 and chicken livers for P79. The restaurant also has several merienda items such as pancit Lukban, which is Laudico's version of the habhab, for P69; sinampalukang chicken sopas for P49; and the Kaldereta Mac (baked macaroni and mashed potatoes with cheesy kaldereta meat sauce) for P89."
