Kris Aquino’s appeal for permanent protection order vs. James Yap denied by Makati court; Yap now allowed to visit son Bimby

ABS-CBNNews.com reports: "The Makati Regional Trial Court has denied television host and presidential sister Kris Aquino's appeal for a permanent protection order against former husband and San Mig Coffee guard James Yap in behalf of their son, Bimby."

ABS-CBNNews.com reports: "The Makati Regional Trial Court has denied television host and presidential sister Kris Aquino's appeal for a permanent protection order against former husband and San Mig Coffee guard James Yap in behalf of their son, Bimby."

 

The report quoted Yap’s lawyer Lorna Kapunan, who confirmed to ABS-CBNnews.com on Wednesday, May 29, that an order was issued on May 21, which subsequently allows Yap to reunite with his six-year-old son."

 

The report added: "Kapunan explained that the temporary protection order issued earlier should now be quashed, bringing back in place the visitation schedules for Yap. He was earlier allowed by the family court to visit Bimby on Wednesdays and Fridays."

 

A PEP.ph report written by Arnel C. Serato noted that Yap posted a photo of himself and son Bimby on Instagram on March 28, with the caption, "Thank you, Lord."
