Another "salvage" victim found in Cubao, 4th dead body this month

Jaime Sinapit of InterAksyon.com reports that police found another "salvage" victim in Cubao on Sunday. It is the fourth dead body to be discovered in the area this month.

According to the report, patrolling watchmen found the body-which was stuffed inside a garbage bag-at around 12:30 a.m. in Barangay San Martin de Porres. "The victim was described as between 40 to 45 years old, 5"1' tall, fair-skinned, and of medium built," with various tattoos inked on his body. Authorities said "the victim bore stab wounds and slits on his neck and left wrist."

The report added that prior to the discovery of the dead body on Sunday, police had already found three more men stuffed in garbage bags within the Cubao vicinity in June. The third dead body was discovered on June 18, or just five days before the fourth body was found.
