Bandila anchor Julius Babao undergoes appendectomy
He’s OK now, folks.
Babao’s wife tweeted that all was well and praised the hospital staff.
ABS-CBNNews.com reports that Bandila news anchor Julius Babao missed the newscast on Wednesday night, August 7, after suffering from appendicitis. Babao underwent an appendectomy at St. Luke’s Medical Center (not indicated whether it was the one in Quezon City or Bonifacio Global City).
On his Instagram page, Babao posted a photo of himself after his operation and indicated in the photo caption that he won’t be able to work for "a couple of days."
