Metro Manila hits record high temperature: 36.5C
Oh, yeah, the heat is definitely on.
If you feel like your brain is getting fried when you go outside, that’s probably because the metropolis is literally getting a lot of heat.
ABS-CBNnews.com reports that according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), the temperature in Metro Manila went up to 36.5 degrees Celsius on Sunday, May 11.
The report noted: "PAGASA weather forecaster Buddy Javier said this is the highest temperature in Metro Manila for this year and it was recorded at 3 p.m. on the said day."
PAGASA also added that there may be hotter days ahead.
