All Cebu Pacific flights to and from Singapore will operate from Changi Airport's newly reopened terminal starting next week.
From Sept. 20 onwards, all flights under the local airline bound for and departing Singapore will be serviced under Terminal 4, which was closed in May 2020 at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic due to a decline in travel worldwide.

The following Cebu Pacific flights will land and arrive at Changi Airport Terminal 4:
Sept. 19
- 5J 803 Manila – Singapore
- 5J 547 Cebu – SingaporeÂ
Sept. 20
- 5J 804 Singapore – Manila
- 5J 814 Singapore – Manila
- 5J 548 Singapore – CebuÂ
Passengers are advised to be at the Changi Airport at least 3 hours before their scheduled departure to complete all pre-departure requirements.
Fully vaccinated tourists can skip the RT-PCR test and quarantine upon arrival in Singapore. All inbound travelers are required to register for an SG Arrival Card at least 3 days before scheduled arrival in the country.
Travelers arriving in the Philippines must register for the One Health Pass before going to the airport to avoid delays during check-in.
