Manila City on Friday launched its 24/7 drive-thru vaccination site for fully vaccinated individuals who have yet to receive their booster shots.
There will be no limit to the number of vehicles that will be accommodated at the vaccination site located at the Quirino Grandstand in Luneta, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno said.
Even non-residents of Manila City can avail of the booster shots at the said vaccination site.
"Itutuloy natin, papalawakin natin, pahahabain natin, gagawin nating unli hangga't may bakuna," Moreno said.

Earlier, the government shortened the waiting time for booster shots for fully vaccinated individuals to three months from six months as the country rushed inoculations to slow the spread of the hyper-contagious Omicron coronavirus variant.
The Philippines is fighting a renewed surge of infections that has paralyzed operations of several businesses and prompted the suspension of classes in different areas. On Thursday, the country reported a new all-time high of 34,021 new COVID-19 infections.
