This presidential photo made Naruto fans happy
It was a rare photo-op.
(SPOT.ph) In one rare occasion, the five Philippine presidents from 1992 to present—Fidel Valdez Ramos, Joseph Ejercito Estrada, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Benigno Simeon Aquino III, and President Rodrigo Duterte—met on July 27 at Malacañang. It was the first meeting of the National Security Council and the first order of business was on the Philippines' case against China.

This once-in-a-lifetime event was captured on cam, of course, and the photo immediately went viral. Fans of the TV series Naruto, however, saw it differently and looked at the meeting as the Five Kage Summit. In Naruto speak, Kage is a title reserved for the leader of one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries' hidden villages. They are collectively known as the Five Kage. A Kage oversees the activities of their village, from sending ninja on missions to making the hard decisions regarding the safety of their people.
Making hard decisions sounds like a very presidential task, don't you think?
