In case the singing career doesn't work out for Christina Aguilera, maybe she can go into impersonation. In a digital exclusive for The Voice, Christina spoofed her fellow artists, including Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Sia, and even Lady Gaga. It's pretty spot-on.
JM de Guzman and Angelica Panganiban have both received acting nominations for their hit film, That Thing Called Tadhana at this year's Gawad Urian Awards. The nominations were announced Wednesday, which also recognized performances from Robin Padilla (Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo), Dennis Trillo (The Janitor), Nora Aunor (Dementia), and Eugene Domingo (Barber's Tales). Tadhana also earned nominations for its cinematography and screenplay.

The House Ad Hoc Committee on the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) on Wednesday voted to approve the measure. After two days of marathon hearings, the panel voted 50-17 with one abstention. The measure will then move to the joint committee on appropriations and ways and means, which will tackle details on funding.
The state weather bureau has launched an expanded five-level warning system for tropical cyclones, adding "severe tropical storm" as the newest category. Under the new system, cyclones are classified from weakest to strongest as follows: tropical depression, tropical storm, severe tropical storm, typhoon, and super typhoon. The new system took effect on May 1.
