Weeks after Enrique Gil made headlines for a figuring in a drunken incident aboard an airplane, Liza Soberano is now revealing why she stood by him. "To be honest, [it's] because I know who he is. I was with him the whole time," she told reporters over the weekend. "I'm always with him every day. I know who the real Enrique Gil is. I know what happened."
Although Enrique admitted to being drunk and causing a scene, neither he nor Liza admitted to reports that said he shouted expletives at her and Jessy Mendiola. Liza thanked fans for their support, saying, "I'm thankful that they did that for Quen during the time that he needed it." The two are set to star in an upcoming movie called Everyday I Love You with Gerald Anderson.
