(SPOT.ph) Pia Wurtzbach officially started her Miss Universe duties this week, answering questions about her controversial win and the possibility of sharing the crown with Miss Colombia. In sports, Manny Pacquiao has announced the date of his retirement...which means he'll have perfect attendance at Congress (er, or Senate) now, right?
In more serious news, there are calls for the investigation on the Mamasapano Clash to be reopened, over a year after the bloody encounter occurred.
