(SPOT.ph) Change is indeed coming. Presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte has already announced several changes the country should be anticipating, including a three-child policy, the legalization of medical marijuana, and the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. He has also announced some of his cabinet appointees. However, some people, including his spiritual adviser Apollo Quiboloy, were not happy with his decisions.
On a lighter note, Jaclyn Jose became the first Filipina and Southeast Asian to win the Best Actress Award at the Cannes Film Festival.
