Nope, it's not a hoax or an elaborate social experiment. According to PEP.ph, Baron Geisler and Kiko Matos' face-off at Valkyrie in Bonifacio Global City is still happening. The celebrities have reportedly signed their contracts, and are training for their big MMA fight on June 25. The two were first involved in a public altercation on May 25, and they both decided to settle their differences in the ring.
In a statement released to PEP.ph and Boy Abunda, Luis Manzano denied a report claiming that he is dating Jessy Mendiola, calling it "100% untrue." His clarification came after a column published by the Philippine Star's entertainment editor Ricky Lo, who cited an unnamed source. Rumors between the two first began after Mendiola greeted Manzano on her Instagram account for his birthday. Both actors are currently single.
Disney has donated U.S. $1 million to OneOrlando, a fund established by the mayor of Orlando to aid those affected by the tragic mass shooting that left 49 dead and wounded over 50 others. The entertainment conglomerate announced the cash donation on Tuesday and said it would match additional donations from Disney employees, "dollar for dollar." The company also said it has been working with public agencies to provide support to those affected by the shooting.
Apple fans rejoiced yesterday, June 14, when the tech giant announced that iOS 10 will have the ability to uninstall iOS stock apps, including Stocks and Health. According to Apple's SVP of Software Engineering Craig Federighi, however, users will only be able to remove the apps but not delete them completely. In short, you just won't be able to see them on your phone, which means you probably won't be able to make use of all that extra storage space after all.
