The president has a matrix that shows de Lima's drug links
Wait, are we in a telenovela?
(SPOT.ph) President Rodrigo Duterte is not yet done with his lists of shame as he is scheduled to soon release another list which he claims will show how Sen. Leila de Lima is involved in illegal drug activities. The list will be in the form of a matrix baring de Lima's alleged connections to the drug syndicates operating at the New Bilibid Prison, ABS CBN reported.
“I will show to you, maybe this week. Vina-validate ko lang ‘yong matrix ng Muntinlupa connections. Nandoon si de Lima,” Duterte said.
Duterte says he was shocked to find out that one of his friends, an unnamed governor, was included in the said matrix. “There is also a governor. You know he’s my friend but I could not believe it but nandiyan siya sa revelation,” he said.
Former justice undersecretary Francisco Baraan has been revealed as one of the names on the list, according to a report on the Inquirer. Baraan worked at the Department of Justice during the Aquino administration when De Lima was the justice secretary.
Earlier, Duterte exposed De Lima’s alleged use of drug money to fund her campaign during the elections through her supposed bagman-bodyguard Ronnie Palisoc Dayan whom he claimed was also her secret lover. De Lima, who is supposedly the highest government official in the drug matrix, has denied most of the allegations and refused to answer questions about Dayan.
