You can now get your hands on the third book in the Crazy Rich Asians series
Yes, these are legit #RichPeopleProblems.
(SPOT.ph) You may have already heard of the book Crazy Rich Asians with all the attention it's been getting. We have to thank Kris Aquino for that and her rumored participation in its film adaptation. The 2013 novel by Kevin Kwan follows three elite Chinese clans—the Youngs, the Shangs, and the T'siens—and how all hell breaks loose when the sole heir of one of Asia's richest families brings home his American-born Chinese girlfriend. Fans of this outrageously funny narrative shouldn't have to wait any longer for the third installation as Rich People Problems just came out internationally on May 23.
The third novel zooms in on family heir Nicholas Young’s relationship with his dying grandmother Su Yi. Things start to get worse when other members of the clan claw their way into the matriarch’s death bed in hopes of getting a big part of the family inheritance. Weaved together with their seemingly simple “rich people problems” are long-buried secrets, wickedness, and embarrassing traits that we never thought that the privileged would have.
Rich People Problems (P795) is now available in Metro Manila branches of National Book Store. It will be available nationwide on May 28.
