Expect Heavier Traffic in Pasig This Sunday Due to a Fun Run
You might end up wanting to leave your car to join the runners.
(SPOT.ph) Fun runs are a great way to get some exercise around the Metro, but the downside is the traffic it can sometimes cause. This might be the case for Pasig City this coming weekend—the Pasig City Command Center issued a traffic advisory for Sunday, June 17, warning the public to expect heavy traffic along certain roads. This is to make way for the participants of the annual Makulay na Takbuhan sa Araw ng Pasig 2018. The fun run is expected to start at 6 a.m.
Motorists are advised to avoid the following areas and find alternate routes:
- Emerald Avenue
- Julia Vargas Avenue
- Lanuza Avenue
- St. Martin Street
- Molave Street
- Captain Henry Javier Street
- Canley Road
