Heads Up, Motorists: Number-Coding Has Been Lifted on Certain Days of Christmas Week

And up until New Year's!

(SPOT.ph) The Christmas traffic rush has been making it a challege to get around for as long as we can remember now—even before September hit—so we can't even think about what's going to happen on the week of Christmas day itself. But ready your snacks, water, and hopefully some good company, because the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has officially lifted the number coding for private cars on certain days of December, up until the New Year.

Aside from the regular holidays of Christmas Day (December 25), Rizal Day (December 30), and New Year's Day (January 1), the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has also lifted coding from December 23 to 24, and December 31

Provincial buses have also been allowed more travel during the holiday break. Take note of the dates and plan accordingly!
