10 Things We’re Loving Now: The Happiest Shirt Ever, Doctor Who, Pencil Specs + more

We are now officially cool.

(SPOT.ph) After all those weeks of cutesinees, we’re finally going the more hip route. Okay, not really, but sort of. We found this generation’s boombox, Doctor Who mini figures, a set of knives that make paring so much more fun, and the funniest T-shirt.

Yell to Win Bluetooth Speakers (P2,250)

This is the modern-day boombox. It won’t have that "Dobler Effect," but you can listen to music for five hours without interruption and that ergonomic handle will give you no trouble at all. The peppy blue is just a beautiful extra.

Available at Digital Walker

Eyeglass Pencil (P260)

Obviously we have a thing for this whole hipsterdom concept. With the mustache and these snazzy specs, all we need is a fedora.

Available at Fully Booked

Dr. Who Titans Vinyl Figures (P450)

Buy five and let’s swap! The little boxes contain random characters, and we’re desperately searching for those adorable blobs of fat, Adipose! We’re willing to part with the Weeping Angels, but nobody probably wants that in their home.

Available at Filbar’s

Peeler, pizza cutter, and bottle opener set by Bugatti (P1, 450)

You’ll want this set of brightly-colored, enthusiatic kitchen helpers on display instead of getting cooped up in the kitchen drawer.

Available at Rustan’s Department Store

Kaligayahan T-shirt by Doodle Shirts (P399)

This colorful shirt will remind you to enjoy the small things in life.

Available at Doodle Shirts

Heats Production Animal Stand for iPhone (P249)

Being in the fuzzy embrace of a panda is nice in theory (assuming it doesn’t gnaw or claw at your head), but seeing as this would be next to impossible, we found this stand that will replicate the feeling not for you, but for your iPhone. They have more domesticated animals available, like cats...which are also famous for being non-huggers.

Available at National Bookstore

So Long, See You Tomorrow by Bombay Bicycle Club, Vinyl (P3899)

You don’t have to wait in line for hours and hours (and hours) to watch Bombay Bicycle Club in concert this July! Meanwhile, their latest album is out on vinyl. Not only are the songs fun, the cover art looks excellent in this larger format too.

Available at Satchmi

Funkyfonic Fries phone speaker (P1,450)

Kitschy and kooky and totally up our alley, these phone speakers will let you share your music with friends in a not-so-boring way. Time to dig up that Meatloaf album...

Lunchbeat lunchbox (P690)

Ditch the brown paper bag and show them who’s old-school cool with a lunchbox that will transport you right back to the ’80s. The only thing you’re missing now is a bag of Iced Gems.
