Metro Manila is 10th worst city in the world to drive in, says MSN

MSN Autos has ranked Metro Manila as the 10th worst city in the world to drive in. "Triple-lane changes, ignoring other drivers, never signaling, breezing through red lights--these are all things drivers can expect when in Manila," the article reads. It also mentioned traffic counterflow, incessant honking, "terrible roads and less-than-perfect signage," all making for a "terrible, terrible brew."

In a Saksi report, the Automobile Association of the Philippines enumerated a few things that could help make the metro a safer and less stressful city to drive in: proper driver’s education, better traffic enforcement and good street infrastructures.
