Interakson.com reports that Janelle Manahan, girlfriend of slain actor Ram Revilla, and her legal counsel Argee Guevarra trooped to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group’s (CIDG) Anti-Transnational and Cyber Crime Division in Camp Crame on Tuesday, January 10. They wanted the authorities to "investigate Ram’s siblings, particularly Gail Bautista, Ramona Bautista, Ramlynn Bautista, and Reuben Jesse Bautista, as well as his mother, Genelyn Magsaysay."

Interaksyon.com noted: "Manahan’s camp said the late actor’s mother and siblings were liable for violation of Republic Act 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009. Guevarra alleged that when the video was uploaded on the Internet sometime on December 30, 2011, Manahan was purportedly warned through a Facebook message by Reuben Bautista about the circulation of the sex video."

Manahan also claimed that the late actor’s personal belongings were "taken by his siblings after the murder and since then they were seen using his belongings including his clothes." The slain actor’s family maintain that they had nothing to do with "leaking" the sex video that featured the late actor and Manahan.
