ABS-CBNNews.com reports that the woman-who was found dead and stuffed inside a suitcase abandoned in the parking lot of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2-has been positively identified by her relatives.

Pasay police chief Senior Superintendent Melchor Reyes revealed that the victim was 20-year-old Nidzmar Bajin, who arrived from Bahrain on Tuesday, January 10 at around 3 p.m. The suitcase containing her body was found by a security guard on Wednesday, January 11 at around 7:50 a.m.

ABS-CBNNews.com noted: "An initial police report said Bajin's neck bore choke marks." The suitcase she had been placed in had a bag tag that read: "Nepz Aily Bahjin."
ABS-CBNNews.com revealed that "Reyes did not provide other details on Bajin's death, saying the Scene of the Crime Operatives has yet to submit its report."

Meanwhile, Interaskyon.com reports: "The victim's father, Nikmal Bahjin of Jolo Sulu, who is temporarily staying in a Muslim community in Quezon City, refused to talk to reporters, and it was his nephew Mayhazer who confirmed that the body found at NAIA resembled his cousin." The report also revealed that the victim was a "returning OFW."
