Interaksyon.com reports that the Social Weather Stations (SWS) just released the result of their "state-of-the-heart" survey in time for Valentine’s Day. The survey-which had 1,200 respondents from Metro Manila, as well as the rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao-was conducted from December 3 to 7, 2011 using face-to-face interviews.

According to the survey results, 54 percent of Filipinos say they’ll "follow their heart" when it comes to love. Only 45 percent said they’d go with their mind.

Most notably, 59 percent of the survey respondents rated their love life as "very happy," with only 31 percent saying "it could be better." Meanwhile, nine percent saying they had no love life.
