(SPOT.ph) It was around the same time in 2015 when Common Room opened on Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City and instantly became a haven for crafters, makers, and art lovers. A year later, they surprised everyone with the opening of a second outlet—in Power Plant Mall!Â
Â
Common Room opened on July 1 at Power Plant's Archaeology Wing, R2 Level. It's a lot bigger compared to the first branch, but the vibe is kept the same—you get the same paper cranes watching over shoppers who peruse the goods, as well the same cozy ambience and warmth that make it feel like home.Â

They really wanted it to be a surprise and made sure their logo wasn't seen during construction!
Â
Ta-daaa!
Â
So much space!
Â
Familiar?
Â
So many handcrafted goodies!
Â
That area will be used as a workshop space
Â
More than a shop, they want the space to be a hangout spot!
Â
Yay!
Â
Though this may sound like the best news ever, Common Room won't be around in Rockwell forever. The pop-up will last only 180 days, so you better make the most of it.
