ICYMI: Common Room Is Now Open in Power Plant Mall
It's where you can shop all things pretty!
(SPOT.ph) You probably remember the first time Common Room opened in Power Plant Mall. It was in July of 2016 when the artsy haven opened a huuuge pop-up store in the mall and it became everyone's go-to shop for unique and local gift finds made with love...for 180 days, at least.
While it was sad to see them leave their spot on the ground level, finding out that they'll be opening a permanent store in the same mall became all the more exciting. Last May 12, Common Room officially opened the doors of their new home located at the second level of Power Plant Mall's new wing, and as usual, stepping inside feels like all sorts of magic. And this time, they're staying for good.
You've probably seen this neon sign all over your IG feed.
Of course, it wouldn't be home without Common Room's popular paper cranes floating over your heads while you shop.
Every corner is picture-worthy!
The store is packed with local brands that offer some of the most unique handcrafted goodies.
As you can tell, the shelves are brimming with all things local and handcrafted from Common Room's brand partners—there almost 200 brands to shop from like Beatnik, Habil Crafts, Sunday Paper, Pulseras by Kim, Simoy ng Haraya, Home Edited, Krete Manila, Artsyology, Hue & Ai, Studio Haebi, How Toteful, Hopencourage, and Kasako PH, to name a few.
Add a dose of nature to your office desk...
...or wear it around your neck!
There's even an area for occasional workshops or when you just feel like hanging out!
They have a mesh corner where you can find cool prints, pins, patches, stickers, and more. Good luck trying not to buy everything because it's impossible to leave the corner empty-handed!
Every corner offers something different.
The tita corner!
So many goodies!
You'll want to spruce up your home with these pieces.
Obsessed with journals? They have cool leather ones that are hard to resist!
Temporary tatts for those who are afraid of commitment.
They even have trendy handmade earrings!
And of course, art supplies!
Seal your letters the old-school way with these wax stamps.
They've got all your calligraphy and brush-lettering needs covered.
Window shopping is impossible here.
