This Parisian-Inspired Salon-Café Makes Dream Hair Colors Come True
La Provence in BGC is Wella's flagship salon in the country.

(SPOT.ph) Picture this: You get to spend the whole day getting pampered from head to toe in a place that makes you feel like you’ve just been transported to Paris. Sounds like the life you’ve always wanted to live, right? Well, we know where you can get the next best thing—and the best part is that you won’t have to go faraway: La Provence is a one-stop shop for all your pampering needs—and they take that very, very seriously.

This little slice of Paris is tucked away on the top floor of Central Square, Bonifacio Global City. You might think you're lost because you'll find yourself on the cinema floor, but don't worry, you're not. Just walk a little to the left and you’ll see a café with a “La Provence” sign. It's a salon-café hybrid, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a glass of lemonade (we recommend this!), or a crepe or panini while you have your hair done.

Inside, you’ll find yourself admiring their gorgeous Parisian-meets-industrial interiors with nice elegant touches, from their high ceilings to their custom-made mirrors and posh leather seats. Look around, and you’ll notice the dainty flora that drape down from their industrial light fixtures and a few potted plants placed in key areas of the salon. They even have a few paintings scattered around the place (which are for sale—just ask). We love how the touch of greenery and a bit of artwork breathe life into the entire room.

If you’re planning a visit, we recommend making an appointment beforehand, but if it’s a last-minute decision, don’t worry—walk-in customers are welcome. Either way, you can be sure your tresses are in good hands considering that La Provence is also Wella’s flagship salon in the country. That means the salon gets first dibs on the German haircare brand’s best and newest products.

If you walk a little further to the back of the salon, you’ll notice that they have a very sleek bar—a Wella Color Bar to be exact. Here, you get front-row seats to stylists mixing the products that’ll be used on your tresses so you know exactly what you’re getting. La Provence has a strict policy of sanitizing their tools after every use, and trend fiends would love to hear that they use the wildly popular Dyson Supersonic hairdryers on all their clients.

Take your salon experience up a notch by booking their private room for your services. For an additional P500, you get to enjoy your treatments in a private room with access to a private shampoo area equipped with a massage chair so you can really sit back and relax while your stylist washes your hair. It’s perfect for people who want privacy and don’t mind paying a little extra for it.

While La Provence is popularly known as a hair salon, it has so much more to offer than just brilliant cuts and colors. The salon is strategically designed to have special areas for their other services: They have a Nail Bar where you can get a fresh manicure or a relaxing foot spa; a private room for their waxing and facial services; and another private room for their lash extensions services. They also have a retail space where you can purchase hair products from their partner brands like Sebastian, System Professional, Nioxin, and Wella Professionals.

Thinking of taking the S.O. along with you? La Provence caters to men, too. They have an eye-catching barber’s area where he can get a fresh cut or a clean shave. We have to mention that the men’s corner happens to be one of the most IG-worthy spots of the salon, so we can guess you’ll be spending lots of time snapping away in that area, too.

The next time you need a haircut, a fresh manicure, a facial, new lash extensions, a waxing sesh, or maybe even a massage, all while enjoying crepes and coffee, you might want to check out La Provence.
