(SPOT.ph) If you've been patiently waiting to get your hands on Apple's budget-friendly smartphone, then you're now a step closer to that day because the iPhone SE is now available for pre-order at Power Mac Center.
From July 2 to July 12, you can pre-order the iPhone SE at Power Mac Center in four ways: in-store, call-to-order, or through their Viber store and online store. For in-store orders, just visit any participating store and settle the minimum security deposit of P10,000. Take note that changing of store, model, or quantity is not allowed once the deposit is made.
For those who choose the call-to-order option, contact the store nearest you and settle the security deposit via online banking. If you're reserving via Viber, just join Power Mac Center's official Viber store and pay the security deposit via online banking.
Finally, you can pre-order the iPhone SE via Power Mac Center's website. Just select the color, memory capacity, and quantity that you want and pay the full amount via credit or debit card. Delivery of units will start on July 17.
The iPhone SE is available in three colors: White, Black, and (PRODUCT)RED. It's available in 64 GB (P27,490), 128 GB (P31,990), and 256 GB (P37,990) memory capacities.
Here's a quick refresher on what to expect from Apple's new smartphone:
It sports the same look as the iPhone 8
It was rumored early this year that the brand-new iPhone SE would feature the same 4.7-inch display screen on the iPhone 8. And in this case, it seems the rumors were true—great news for those looking for a more compact iPhone!
The iPhone SE 2020 brings back the home button and Touch ID
Those who miss having the option to use your fingerprint to unlock your phone will be pleased to know that Apple is brought back the Touch ID through their new smartphone. Note however that the new iPhone SE doesn't have the Face ID feature.
It employs the same internal processor as the iPhone 11
The iPhone SE 2020 is set to have the same powerful A13 Bionic processor as the iPhone 11—think of it as having a phone with the build and construction of the iPhone 8, but with the speed and processing power of the iPhone 11. That means you won't have to worry about your phone feeling outdated, despite the aesthetic being similar to a previous iPhone model.
