You Can Have Your Empty Alcohol Bottles Refilled for as Low as P30
Got some empty bottles lying around the house?
(SPOT.ph) Since we're nearly six months into the quarantine, you probably have a collection of empty alcohol bottles assuming you've been disinfecting like a crazy person like most of us. If you were thinking about disposing of them, don't! In case you didn't know, Cleene has an Alcohol Refilling Station and it's where you can fill up on your alcohol supply using old empty bottles. It's one way to live a sustainable lifestyle especially during these challenging times.
The refilling stations are available in selected Mercury Drug branches nationwide. To avail of the service, all you have to do is bring any clean and empty alcohol bottle (yup, can be from any brand!) to your chosen branch. Make sure that your bottles are clean and sanitized with no visible dirt or debris. They accept three bottle sizes: 250ml, 500ml, and 1,000ml. Take note that they will only accept standard alcohol bottles and that bottles that resemble containers for water, gin, and other beverages will not be accepted. Not only is it an eco-friendly way to purchase more alcohol, it will also help you save some money. Check out this chart to see pricing and how much you save when you opt to refill your alcohol bottles:
