PNoy calls three unidentified cabinet members "a burden"
(SPOT.ph) In his speech yesterday, June 23, at the 113th anniversary of the Department of Public Works and Highways, President Noynoy Aquino revealed that two to three of his Cabinet members are a burden to him for often delivering "bad news," reports GMA News.
"Meron akong ilang miyembro ng gabinete, mga dalawa hanggang tatlo na kada makita ko, kaagad iniisip ko ano kayang bad news ang dala dala nito (Whenever I see some of my Cabinet members, around two to three of them, I always anticipate what bad news they're bringing)," he said. He said his encounters with them serve as his acts of penitence.
While Aquino did not identify his burdensome Cabinet members, he did name the three he enjoys being with: DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson, Science Secretary Mario Montejo and Budget Secretary Florencio Abad. The three, he said always provides solutions instead of problems. Aquino also revealed that when these "good news bearers" seek an appointment with him, he immediately approves it.
