Century Properties completes condo project with beach club designed by Paris Hilton

ABS-CBNnews.com reports that Century Properties has announced the completion and turn over of the third tower in Azure Urban Resort, its beach-inspired condominium development in in Parañaque City, which features a beach club designed by socialite Paris Hilton.

According to the report, the high-rise development's beach club will officially open in mid-March. Hilton is expected to return to Manila in time for its inauguration. The man-made beach features "fine beach sand, simulated ocean waves, waterfalls and an infinity pool."

The property developer said that as the third quarter of 2013, 98 percent or over 4,000 of the launched Azure units have been pre-sold. Close to 600 units in the condominium project's third tower, named St. Tropez, will be turned over this month.
