Do You Dare to Try The New Masungi Georeserve Trails?
You can rest in between spots!
(SPOT.ph) Ever since the Masungi Georeserve Foundation started its ecotourism efforts in the forests of Baras, Rizal, day hikers have flocked to the area to see what it has to offer. This year, visitors would be glad to know that three new spots have been added to the four-hour Discovery Trail. There's Sawa, which looks like a giant snake; Barangay Dahon, where you can take a break; and Bayawak, where the more experienced climbers can try out a steep rope course. Time for a challenge?
Masungi Georeserve is at Garden Cottages, Kilometer 45 Marcos Highway, Baras, Rizal. Rates start at P1,400++. For more information, visit Masungi Georeserve's website.
