This New Infinity Pool in Bali Should Be on Your Bucket List
Best thing about it? It's visa-free!
(SPOT.ph) Infinity pools in luxury resorts have that illusion of making pool water look like it's flowing endlessly into the ocean (or to the sky). Here in the Philippines, we have multi-layer infinity pools like at Club Punta Fuego in Batangas and Crimson Resort in Cebu, saltwater pools with a city view like at Azumi Boutique Hotel, and others. But one resort in Bali, Indonesia—the renowned The Edge—amps up its infinity pool game with a glass-bottomed pool that extends six meters beyond the edge of a cliff and 500 feet above the Indian Ocean.
Opened on October 29, 2017, the pool called oneeighty° features a breathtaking 180° panoramic view in this island paradise in Indonesia. The poolside bar and restaurant serve classic beachside food by day and a range of cocktails by night. You don't even have to be checked in at The Edge to enjoy this cliff-side deck. By the way, going to Bali is visa-free so that's one less thing to worry about!
Admission is at Rp250,000 per person (approximately P950), which includes Rp200,000 credit for food and drinks. oneeighty° is at The Edge, Jl Pura Goa Lempeh, Banjar Dinas Kangin, Pecatu, Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia. It is open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. For more information, visit oneeighty°'s website.
