Nowadays, what's left of this historic financial district are Art Deco buildings that are either on the verge of demolition oron the flip siderepurposed as mixed-use spaces that still maintain the area's quaint downtown charm. Take, for example, First United Building, which is the home of a coffee shop, a neighborhood bar, a barbershop, and a bazaar. Their newest gimmick? A Sunday activity that showcases vintage cars.

This Sunday habit started on August 18 when vintage car owners put on display a 1969 Mercedes-Benz 280SE, 1962 Ferrari 250 GTE, 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, and other cool cars from their garage and on Escolta Street. The weekly activity is sponsored by Folk Barbershop and Retail, First United Building, and The Den.
