For most places in the Visayas, the month of January is their most festive month. You have the Sinulog Festival in Cebu and Ati-Atihan Festival in Kalibo on the third Sunday of January, and Dinagyang Festival in Iloilo a week after. Cebu Pacific offers a 99-peso one-way base fare from Cebu to these local destinations just in time for the festive events. You can also book a Manila-to-Melbourne flight for as low as P3,999 or a Manila-to-Sydney flight at P4,499 (inclusive of fees and taxes).

Philippine Airlines

Whether you're flying solo or getting away with your squad, Philippine Airlines is offering discounted roundtrip base fares for everyone. Solo travelers can book a flight for as low as U.S.$ 86 to Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau; while groups of five can get tickets for U.S.$ 69 per person. If you prefer a tropical vacation, the lowest one-way base fare is at P999 for trips from Manila to Cebu, Roxas, Bacolod, or Iloilo. Tickets can go as low as P624 if you're bringing four more people to get the group package.
