(SPOT.ph) Still on a post-Southeast Asian Games high? Watching our athletes win medal after medal was inspiring; and if you’re looking to take up a sport yourself, Decathlon Philippines is offering free sports clinics for badminton and football on December 14 and 15, respectively, at Tiendesitas in Pasig City. You don’t need to register—all you have to do is show up in your sports attire at 4 p.m., and be ready to sweat it out! Best of all, they’re open for people of all ages.Â

The football clinic, organized in partnership with the Pilipinas Football Association, will be headed by coaches Marnie Marasigan and Albert Besa. The badminton clinic, on the other hand, is facilitated by Doddie Gutierrez. You can re-learn the basics and even some pro techniques to make how you play a lot more fun and interesting.Â

Decathlon Philippines offers plenty of sports and fitness-related events if you’re looking for more activities to stay in shape during the festive holidays. Just follow their Facebook page on updates for their next classes.
The Free Badminton Clinic is on December 14, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. while the Free Football Clinic is on December 15, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Decathlon Pasig, Tiendesitas, Ortigas Avenue corner E. Rodriguez Avenue, Pasig City.
