These Indoor Game Courts in Pasig Are Now Open for Reservations
You have to reserve the space at least a week in advance.
(SPOT.ph) After almost six months of closure due to community quarantine, gyms were finally allowed to reopen on September 1—as long as they follow safety protocols and guidelines. This comes as great news for fitness buffs, who have been working out on their mats at home (probably while their dogs distract them during drills). The Upper Deck in Pasig City announced today, September 14 that their indoor basketball and badminton courts are once again open for reservations.
The sports complex has a total of two basketball courts and seven badminton courts at the sixth floor of Ortigas Technopoint Building. Groups can reserve the indoor courts at least seven days before you can use the facilities. All you have to do is fill out their online forms (either for the basketball court or badminton court) and send your proof of payment within 24 hours. According to their Facebook post, they ensure "that every corner in our facility is well sanitized and disinfected before and after operating hours, and in between reservations."
If you're going out, don't forget to wear your face masks. Active lifestyle brands like Adidas has limited-edition washable Face Covers that sold-out in July; while Under Armour has yet to drop their Sportsmask in the Philippines. Face shields are also required in public transportation.
