(SPOT.ph) Halloween is coming. And back in the old days (a.k.a. pre-pandemic), that meant dressing up in spooky costumes for the coolest Halloween parties. Looks like the usual ghostly revelry might be put on hold this year, but that doesn't mean you can't do something to mark the day. CommonThread and Mystery Manila have teamed up to make sure that you could still have fun on the most terrifying holiday of the year: Halloweenfest on October 31!

Invite your most daring friends to try an online CommonThread-themed Mystery Manila escape room, where you have to solve the mystery of the Missing Masterpiece. The mission is simple: figure out why a million-dollar masterpiece went missing right before an art auction—unless you're the thief, of course. There are two time slots for adults: 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., and tickets are at P399 per head. To get your tickets for the Mystery Manila x CommonThread: The Missing Masterpiece event, visit Common Thread's website.

Mystery Manila is known to provide escape room challenges, whodunnit games, or scavenger hunts in different parts of the Metro. But with current restrictions, they've decided to go online and set up some mystery games via Zoom. Aside from the upcoming Missing Masterpiece game, they also have The Murderous Meeting, where you take over a virtual-board meeting; and Revenge at the Reunion, where you're reunited with high school friends and enemies and figure out who's the killer before another one of you gets murdered.

CommonThread's Halloweenfest is on October 31. For updates, follow CommonThread Philippines on Facebook.
